How do I reserve my rental?

A 20% deposit secures your date. Until that deposit is received your rental isn't held, so we recommend booking as early as you can. The remaining balance is due in full on the day of the rental.

How far in advance should I book?

Orders must be placed at least one week before your event. For popular dates — spring weekends, graduation season, the holidays — earlier is always safer.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, the minimum order amount is $100.

Is there a delivery fee?

Yes, a delivery fee applies to every order. It's based on the distance to your venue, and we'll show it as a line item on your quote before you commit to anything.

Do you deliver, set up and take down?

We do — delivery, setup and teardown are included with every booking. You shouldn't be stacking chairs at midnight; that's our job.
