Terms of Use
The terms that apply to this website and to renting from Red Carpet Events & Party Rentals.
Effective August 11, 2026
These terms apply to your use of this website and to any rental you book with Red Carpet Events & Party Rentals (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them. If your quote or signed rental agreement says something different, that document controls.
The short version: a 20% deposit reserves your date, the balance is due the day of the rental, there’s a $100 minimum and a delivery fee, and orders need at least a week’s notice. While the items are with you, they’re your responsibility — please keep them dry, don’t move the tents, and let us handle setup and takedown.
1. Using this website
You may browse this site and request quotes for lawful purposes. Please don’t attempt to disrupt the site, access areas you aren’t authorized to use, scrape it for commercial purposes, or submit false information through our forms.
The text, photographs, logos and design on this site belong to us or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent.
2. Item listings, photographs and pricing
- Photographs are representative. Colors, finishes and exact models may vary between individual pieces in our inventory.
- Prices shown are per day unless stated otherwise, and do not include the delivery fee, applicable taxes, or any damage waiver or additional services.
- Availability shown on the site is a guide, not a live reservation system. Nothing is held for you until a deposit is received.
- We do our best to keep pricing and availability accurate, but errors happen. If an item is listed at an incorrect price or is unavailable, we’ll tell you before confirming your order and you’re free to walk away.
3. Quotes, reservations and deposits
- A quote is an estimate, not a reservation, and is valid for the period stated on it.
- A 20% deposit is required to secure your rental. Until we receive it, your date and items are not held, even if you’ve received a quote.
- Orders must be placed at least one week in advance. We’ll always try to help with shorter notice, but we can’t promise availability.
- The minimum order is $100, before delivery fees and taxes.
- A delivery fee applies to every order, calculated from the distance to your venue and shown on your quote.
4. Payment
The remaining balance is due in full on the day of the rental, unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing. We accept the payment methods listed on your invoice. We do not process card payments through this website.
5. Changes and cancellations
Contact us as early as you can if your plans change — we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Because your deposit reserves both the inventory and a delivery window, changes made close to your event date may not be possible, and cancellation and rescheduling terms are those set out in your quote or rental agreement. Adding items is usually possible subject to availability.
6. Delivery, setup and pickup
Delivery, setup and teardown are included on every booking. To make that possible, you agree to:
- Give us a complete and accurate venue address and a contact who will be reachable on the day.
- Ensure clear, safe access to the setup area — including gates, elevators or stairs — and let us know in advance about anything unusual, such as a long carry, a rooftop, sand, or a steep slope.
- Have the area clear, reasonably level and ready when we arrive. Waiting time or a return trip caused by an inaccessible or unprepared site may incur an additional fee.
- Obtain any permits, HOA approvals or venue authorizations required for your event and for any tent or structure, and confirm the venue permits staking where a tent is being installed.
- Identify the location of underground utilities, irrigation lines and cabling before we stake a tent. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked underground installations.
- Have the items assembled, gathered and accessible in the same place for pickup at the agreed time.
7. Your responsibility for the items
From the moment we deliver until we collect them, the rental items are in your care. You agree to:
- Use each item only for its intended purpose and within its capacity.
- Keep linens, carpets, chairs and tables dry, clean and protected from weather where practical.
- Not move, relocate, alter, dismantle or re-stake any tent, canopy or structure we have installed. If it needs to move, call us.
- Keep open flame, cooking equipment, heaters and pyrotechnics away from tents, carpets, drapery and linens.
- Supervise children and guests around all equipment.
- Keep items secure from theft while they are in your possession.
- Return everything in the condition it arrived, ordinary wear excepted.
8. Damage, loss and cleaning
You are responsible for the cost of repair or replacement of items that are damaged, destroyed, lost or stolen while in your care, and for cleaning charges where items are returned excessively soiled — for example wax, paint, ink, gum, or heavy staining. Ordinary wear from normal use is expected and is not charged. We’ll tell you about any such charges promptly, with an explanation of what happened.
Any shortage or damage should be reported to us as soon as you notice it. Please also inspect the items at delivery and tell us right away if anything isn’t right, so we can fix it before your event.
9. Weather
Florida weather is Florida weather. For everyone’s safety, we may decline to install, may modify, or may remove tents, canopies or other equipment in high wind, lightning or severe weather, and we may adjust delivery timing around storms. Tents and canopies offer shade and shelter from light rain — they are not engineered shelters and should be evacuated in severe weather.
Weather is outside anyone’s control, so we can’t guarantee conditions on your event day and weather alone does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Talk to us as early as possible if the forecast is turning and we will do what we reasonably can to help.
10. Additional services
Where we arrange services beyond our own rental inventory — such as a DJ, catering, bartending, décor, staffing or event planning — those services may be provided by independent third parties. We’ll be clear with you about who is providing what, and we are not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent providers.
11. Limitation of liability
The rental items are provided as-is for their ordinary intended use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of your rental or your event, and our total liability in connection with an order will not exceed the amount you paid us for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the rental items, from your event, or from your failure to meet your responsibilities under these terms — except to the extent caused by our own negligence or willful misconduct.
12. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for failure or delay in performing caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disaster, fire, flood, road closures, accidents, utility or supply failures, labor disruption, or government action.
13. Insurance
We recommend confirming whether your venue requires a certificate of insurance and whether your homeowner’s, renter’s or event insurance covers rented equipment in your care. We’re happy to provide the documentation your venue asks for where we can.
14. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it, and forms part of these terms.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place your order is the version that applies to it. The effective date at the top of this page tells you when it was last revised.
